Plant-Based Protein Fudge Squares


Recipe


Ingredients:

1c Peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

1/3c desiccated coconut or roasted seeds (optional)

1/4c chopped nuts of your choice

1Tbsp honey

1/2Tbsp carob powder

1tsp vanilla essence

Plant-based milk powder (soy milk, rice milk, cassava milk, etc )


Method:

Mix all the ingredients together, except the milk powder. Once the ingredients are combined start adding the milk powder slowly until it forms an almost flaky consistency. Place in a dish and flatten to a thickness of about 1cm and cut into squares or roll into small balls and refrigerate for a few minutes to allow to firm up. Enjoy.
